We aim to provide our services to our client in a way that our client requires. We are flexible as to charging arrangements. This includes offering the following:

• Hourly rate charging
• Fixed fee retainers
• Employment advice line at fixed monthly fees
• Employment insurance scheme
• Quotations for special project work

Mundays have negotiated with several insurance brokers to offer an employment insurance scheme to clients, which can offer insurance against the costs of defending employment claims, whilst allowing you to use Mundays for a solicitor-led insurance service.

With the combination of the above, particularly the Employment advice line and fixed fee retainer, business clients have the use of a flexible, yet dedicated team, operating as an in-house resource without the overheads.

We also provide regular training seminars on our own behalf and from time to time with other business partners.  In addition, we offer in-house training to clients.
