At Mundays we understand that your children are your first priority and we aim to focus on helping you to find a way forward which will best meet the needs of your children both now and for the future.

We can involve child professionals to support and assist your family during the process of divorce or separation which can help you to make decisions regarding the future arrangements for your children; where they are going to live, how much contact they will have with the other parent, whether there should be shared residence, what schools will they attend.

We will guide you as to your options regarding your children. If you and your former partner are unable to reach agreement about important issues affecting the children then it might be necessary to make an application to the court.

Sometimes it is appropriate and important that applications are made urgently regarding the children, if for instance the children are in danger or if one parent may take the children out of the country without the agreement of the other.
